Norma e Giuseppe sono degli Host meravigliosi! L’appartamento è’ situato in posizione strategica, vicino a Via Toledo e a due passi dall’ingresso di Spaccanapoli ma comunque fuori dalla folla. Giuseppe ci ha accolte e ci ha accompagnato a visitare l’appartamento anche se erano le 22.00 passate. L’appartamento e’ pulito, super attrezzato di ogni cosa e Norma ci ha fatto trovare set di cortesia per toilette (sapone, bagno schiuma, dentifricio, spazzolini, phone,…) e moltissimi biscotti, cereali di vario genere, tisane, te, latte in frigo, bottiglie di acqua e una bottiglia di vino. C’è’ stato un piccolissimo problema che Norma ha prontamente risolto e poi ha portato un giochino alla mia bambina e dei graditissimi pasticcini per l’inconveniente. Consiglio a tutti questi Host e io stessa tornerò a trovarli nel caso tornassi a Napoli. Grazie di tutto! Donata e Martina

The Finest Stay in Napoli
Centrally located, this apartment is a comfortable retreat right above the street. The main bedroom has a lovely balcony perfect for that first espresso of the day and shutter doors so you can shut out the noise and light for exceptional sleep. The sheets and bed are soft, the pillows are plentiful, and the kitchen is stocked with the right tools to help you make yourself a great meal at home. On top of all this, Norma and Giuseppe really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The communication was top-notch, we had treats left for us in the kitchen, Prosecco for Christmas, and gifts on my birthday. It was all so unexpectedly delightful. My friend and I are in the middle of traveling for one year. This is the 33rd accommodation we’ve stayed in since starting our journey and we both agree, the finest apartment in Napoli was the finest VIP experience we’ve had in our trip so far. Thank you for everything!
I have absolutely nothing negative to write about this stay. It’s perfect for two people.

I recommend 100% !!! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The location was great, everything you could possible need is within minutes walking , groceries, restaurants, even a city tour bus pick up location. The hosts are such amazing people who went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home. They made check in/out a breeze and answered every question so fast. Book their place and you won’t regret it!

Stay here when visiting Napoli! Norma was the kindest and most communicative host, and her place is WONDERFUL - centrally located, sound proofed, air conditioned, clean, and comfortable. There’s coffee, snacks and drinks left out for us. The kitchen is fully stocked and we made breakfast there (including cooking eggs) each morning. Thank you, Norma!

La casa di Norma è un gioiello tra il centro storico e la via Toledo/quartieri spagnoli quindi perfetta per visitare Napoli a piedi. Nonostante si trovi vicino a diversi locali e ristoranti, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e i letti sono comodissimi. Tutto ordinato, pulito e arredato con gusto come nelle foto. Ci hanno accolto con tutto il necessario per la colazione, una bottiglia di vino e comode ciabatte. Sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Inoltre, per la gioia dei nostri figli, la reta wifi é super!

Comfortable, lovely and nicely decorated apartment in the historic center of Naples, but that's not that important. Hosts are the gem of that venue. Attention, smooth communication and kindness - that's what awaits you in this place! Small gifts (although I won't say that they are so small) complete the picture. If I need to go to Naples again, I know where I want to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's apartment. It is ideally placed between the historical center and the spanish quarters. Norma and Giuseppe are THE real description of a superhost, very nice and reactive. They do their best to make your trip and your stay the most enjoyable experience possible. We and our children particularly appreciated all their little attentions during the week we spent there. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, making you feel at home. I would definetly go back to their place if I ever go again to Napoli!

The finest apartment with the finest hosts! The apartment is excellent: well-equipped, cozy, and a perfect location to explore Napoli. The hosts, Norma and Giuseppe, are even better! We had several flight delays and arrived after midnight, but Giuseppe met us at the apartment with a smile and showed us around. Norma was very responsive to all of our messages and helped arrange private transport for us from the airport and to the train station. We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and they provided a travel crib, high chair, utensils, and even a little gift from their daughter. Simply put, they are the best hosts I’ve had with Airbnb. The apartment was also one of the best I’ve experienced. While centrally located in the heart of the city with a balcony, it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept us nice and cool. The shower was great and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own Italian meal, but Norma’s recs for pizza nearby were hard to top.

Sehr schöne und bequeme Wohnung im Herzen von Neapel, außerdem makellos sauber und top ausgestattet. Norma und Guiseppe sind stets bemüht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein und empfangen dich mit allerlei "kleinen Geschenken" im Apartement (Getränke, Snacks, Hygieneartikel, etc.). Norma y Giuseppe fueron extremadamente amables y detallistas. Nos esperaron a la llegada dado que fuimos en trasnporte privado que nos facilitaron con un conductor amable y simpatico que nos mostró la ciudad mientras llegabamos. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Ademas nos dejaron muchos detalles de bienvenida. Bebida, vino y champagne, zumos, cerveza etc, algo para picar, desayuno, amenities para el baño. No faltaba ningun detalle!.Estuvieron pendientes durante toda la estancia por si necesitabamos alguna cosa. La cama es muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. El internet funcionaba correctamente. Hay Nexflit y Amazon prime. El apartamento está muy centrico. No es necesario tomar transporte público para visitar la ciudad. El barrio al ser muy centrico es muy ruidoso pero el apartamento esta bien aislado. Estuvimos como en casa!. Volveremos sin duda a Nápoles y al apartamento de Norma y Giuseppe. Everything was great! I am so glad I stayed here. The location is perfect. Right in the historical center. Steps from great historical sites, walking areas, a taxi stand, restaurants, bars. Couldn’t be better! The apartment is extremely comfortable. The photos are accurate. Everything was immaculately clean and I particular appreciated the luxurious and comfortable bedding. Norma was a fantastic hostess. She was always extremely quick to reply with answers to any questions. Her recommendations for restaurants etc where amazing. I would heartily recommend this apartment and Norma.

L'appartement de Norma et Giuseppe est très propre et fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes- 2enfants) et surtout idéalement placé dans le cœur du centre historique de Naples. Tout est accessible à pied, les transports en commun (métro-bus) sont très proches et la gare centrale d'où l'on peut prendre le train pour Pompéi ou Herculanum est à 10 minutes en métro. De plus Norma et son mari sont des hôtes exceptionnels, qui se soucient du bon déroulement du séjour. De nombreuses petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Giuseppe nous a accueilli en personne malgré une arrivée très tardive (notre avion ayant eu du retard). Et Norma s'est chargée d'organiser notre transfert vers l'aéroport pour notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement!

The Apartment was a perfect base for my visit. The location is very central and the decor and cleanliness were wonderful. Check in and Check out were seamless and Norma and Giuseppe were very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Apt for people wanting to explore Napoli. As mentioned is other reviews the location is quite busy and vibrant so take that into consideration when booking.

Well, well. Norma's and Giuseppe's apartment is the best AirBnb's apartment I have ever been to (and I travel a lot because of my work!). First, they greeted us with a lot of treats (wine, beer, chips, biscuits, and all the hotel-related amenities (towels, shampoos, etc). On my daughter's birthday, which happens during my stay last week), Norma was super kind and generous as she bought some candies and a beautiful traditional bag as gifts for my daughter, and you can imagine how thrilled she was by this unexpected gift. Needless to say that the apartment was super clean, with air-conditioners and, it's in the first floor, so you don't need to bother if you have massive luggage with you. Also, the bed mattresses were so comfortable, and this is a huge plus after an exhausting day walking around the city. The LOCATION is just superb. You're in the middle of historic Napoli. Walking distance from the major touristic sites (Cappella San Severo, Spanish Quarters, Umberto I, San Carlo Theater, Napoli Underground Museum, and various key castles (OVO, Sant'Elmo), as well as the beautiful harbour. Moreover, you're well connected to different kinds of transportation (the fabulous Toledo metro station is 7 minutes walk, buses everywhere), and the regional train station to connect you to Pompeii, Sorento, etc). Even nicer, you're 11 minutes walking distance from Napoli's main ports where you can take the ferry to visit Capri, Procida, and Ischia (the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean). This place is just amazing. The hosts are super communicative. Just standing at night in the balcony, will give you the vibes of Napoli's nightlife (and don't worry, the doors and windows are sound-proof), so you will not feel any noise at all.

We had a wonderful time here, we love Naples & loved Norma’s flat. It’s located right next to the historical centre but is also nice & quiet when you close the blinds. The flat is spacious, clean & Norma generously left lots of treats for us. Giuseppe met us initially & saw us off, communication was timely. Our stay at the apartment was fantastic, the location was very central with lots of restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby. The communication with the hosts was brilliant, Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and was kind enough to phone the taxi driver to say we'd left our daughter's shoes in the apartment on our last day. We would recommend booking an airport transfer through the hosts, it was hassel free and the car that was sent was immaculate and big enough for our family and luggage. I loved the little touches in the apartment when we arrived such as the snacks, wine, beer and juices in the fridge. This Airbnb is highly recommended and we love to return one day. Without a doubt the most amazing hosts, with an fantastic place! We were greeted by Giuseppi on arrival, and we were absolutely blown away by all the effort they have made for us. From snacks, water, coffee, drinks, local delights etc. Where they completely blown us away was the fact that we travelled with our 1yo, they have some snacks for our little one, baby chair, cutlery, eating utensils etc. This was really unexpected and so amazing! When we woke up the Saturday morning we received a fresh delivery of pasties and a gift for our 1yo. The accommodation is perfectly located, no matter where you want to go you are central, very well equipped, comfortable beds with reliable internet. To say we really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement - it was just fantastic!! Thanks again to Norma and Giuseppi, what an delightful experience!

L'appartement est idéalement placé, tout peut se faire à moins d'une demi-heure à pied pour le centre. Le métro est à 5 minutes et le port, pour les îles, à 20 minutes. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent, ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Guiseppe a même fait l'effort de venir faire le check out à 6h30 (comme notre avion était tôt). L'équipement est au top, la literie de grande qualité et les attentions nombreuses. Tout était parfait. PS : la rue est passante et le traitement anti bruit de la fenêtre est incroyable, néanmoins, selon la sensibilité de chacun au bruit urbain, des protections auditives peuvent être utiles pour dormir (côté pièce principale, la chambre intérieure étant elle très calme).

One of my best Airbnb experiences so far. Norma and her husband Giuseppe are great hosts and organized everything for us perfectly. Our flight had over 3 hours delay and still Norma organized somebody to pick us up from the airport and Giuseppe waited for us at the apartment and welcomed us. The apartment itself was also amazing and there were a lot of little gifts (wine, soft drinks, snacks...) waiting for us. The bathroom was also equipped with everything - shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, comb...; everything was as shown at the pictures and the apartment was perfectly clean. I highly recommend Norma's apartment and would definitely rent it again should I visit Neapel again!

Great people and hosts! Great location for all of the historic centre, Quartieri Spagnoli, Vomero and Napoli beach. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and keeps the noise from the street out due to good doors and glazing. You can rest and sleep comfortably in good beds and nice linen. Norma is trustworthy, friendly and helpful and will make sure you are okay and have your questions answered. We highly recommend this place to all- both families and couples.

Stayed her for 3 nights with my husband and daughter. I cannot compliment this apartment enough. The owners Norma and Guiseppe literally thought of everything and nothing was a problem. We were greeted by Guiseppe on arrival and they left gifts, refreshments, toiletries, wine and even personalised everything including the log on for the WiFi with our name. They also had us pastries delivered on the second morning we were overwhemed with the hospitaily. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need, comfy beds, air con, WiFi, Netflix etc the list goes on. Thank you for making our stay so perfect. When I return to Naples for sure I would stay here again. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment lots of resturants, shops, cafes, bars and public transport. Perfect in every way!

L'appartement de Norma est fantastique pour un grand séjour à Naples! Il est idéalement situé pour visiter toute la ville à pied. L'appartement est extrêmement bien équipé (cuisine, salle de bain, parapluies, ...). Nous voyagions avec notre bébé et nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait: lit bébé et chaise haute mais aussi vaisselle pour lui. L'appartement est encore plus beau en vrai: beaucoup plus lumineux que sur les photos! Enfin, Norma et son mari sont des hôtes adorables, ils nous ont réservé de jolies surprises à l'arrivée et pendant le séjour! We had a wonderful vacation in Napoli, thanks to Norma's hospitality. The apartment is really located in the heart of the city. Very clean, fully functional kitchen with everything you need for breakfast preparation and cooking, if you want to cook... Very fast internet if you need to do some work, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime. There are dozens of restaurants serving delicious Neapolitan food in the surrounding area. Museums of contemporary art had excellent exhibitions. Of course, great wines from the area. We'il be back with pleasure. And Norma, we don't have enough words to say thank you!

Norma and Giuseppe have been really sweet : they helped us during this trip, gave us good advices and we had a warm welcome when we reach the appartment (many many gift !). The appartment is well equiped, really clean and confortable. Beds are very confortable as well. It is ideally located: we can visit the city walking. The only thing is that there is only 1 windows for all the appartment and is located at the first floor. Anyway, it is very well isolated (not so much noice). I recommand this appartment. Ho prenotato, insieme alla mia famiglia (3adulti), quattro giorni da Finest Apartments. Avevamo scelto questa location proprio per la posizione, nel centro storico di Napoli. Ad un passo da via Toledo, dal Chiostro di Santa Chiara e praticamente sulla piazza del Gesù, dove è stato girato Divorzio all'italiana con la Loren e Mastroianni. L'appartamento è appena restrutturato. Un arredo contemporaneo, ricercato di gusto industriale. Vi si possono trovare tutti i comfort possibili. Dal necessario per il bagno, a tutto l'occorrente per una colazione o un aperitivo. Si può cucinare con facilità o acquistare ottimo cibo appena sotto casa. I ristoranti nella zona sono ottimi e i padroni di casa sapranno indirizzarvi al meglio secondo i vostri gusti. Netflix e tutta la TV satellitare che si può desiderare. Microonde e accessori di ogni tipo per la preparazione dei pasti. Il bar sotto casa e la pizzeria da asporto veramente da provare. La casa è calda al punto giusto, i letti molto comodi. La pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Il bagno con doccia calda. La disponibilità di Giuseppe e Norma sempre prodiga di consigli e attenzioni. A metà soggiorno ci hanno addirittura omaggiato con dei bignè comprati solo per noi in pasticceria. Sicuramente se tornerò a Napoli Finest sarà la mia prima opzione. Le uniche due note a cui prestare attenzione sono le scale per accedere alla casa che limitano la fruibilità per chi ha un po di problemi motori e il fatto che la casa ha una sola finestra nella camera padronale. La cucina non ha finestra così come la cameretta che è divisa dalla matrimoniale da una parete in vetro cemento quindi subisce inevitabilmente la luce.. Anche serale di un eventuale TV accesa ma con un po di buon senso di coabitazione sono dettagli talmente piccoli da diventare inesistenti. Da scegliere.

In occasione del Capodanno 2020, abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento nella città di Napoli per trascorrervi alcuni giorni di vacanza. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad attenderci i proprietari della casa, i coniugi Norma e Giuseppe, i quali ci hanno mostrato l'appartamento e ci hanno accolto con inaspettata calorosità! Un appartamento di due stanze oltre cucina e bagno, posto al primo piano della palazzina sita nell'ampio e luminoso centro storico della città, adiacente alla rinomata Piazza del Gesù, fornita di ristoranti - pizzerie e negozi, e collegata alle più importanti arterie e piazze della città (Via Toledo, P.zza Dante, ecc.). Nonostante la presenza di un balcone nella stanza matrimoniale con affaccio presso Piazza del Gesù, l'appartamento era totalmente silenzioso e dotato di arredamento di qualità con impianti ed attrezzature da 5 stelle soprattutto nella cucina e nel bagno con doccia. Il nostro soggiorno nella bella città di Napoli è stato, quindi, molto piacevole e dovrà essere ripetuto non solo per le comodità dell'alloggio ma anche per la signorilità del comportamento di Norma e Giuseppe, sempre presenti e disponibili! Estancia impecable. Pensábamos estar solo dos días en Napoles, pero nos encontramos tan a gusto que decidimos alargar la estancia. Norma y Giuseppe fueron encantadores, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El departamento es hermoso, está completamente equipado, super céntrico y con todo lo que necesitábamos y mas. We stayed in October 2019 with our two children (4 and 7) and the apartment was perfect. Kids room has bunk beds with a travel cot option too which we didn't need but was good to know. Norma and Giuseppe met us when we arrived no problem and there was coffee, milk, snacks and beer already provided which was amazing and much needed and there was even a gift for the children! The apartment was so clean and well furnished with style and also real thought about what would make the stay easier and more comfortable and we couldn't fault anything. The apartment is well located in centro storico area-easy walk to the winding streets and so many restaurants and bars so a great base to explore the city. The metro stop was a 5 minute walk which takes you to the railway station (amongst other stops!) and we easily reached Pompeii, Herculean, Sorrento and Vesuvius as day trips and the port was a short walk for boat trips to Capri etc.. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back as there's still do much to explore! Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Excelente Departamento de más de 5 estrellas
Estuvimos cinco días en ese precioso departamento decorado con gusto exquisito, con todos los detalles del mejor hotel 5 estrellas, los dueños son maravillosos, atentos a lo que necesitáramos my nos indicaron panaderia, supermercado, excursiones y demás.
En la heladera para ser utilizado había tres botellas de agua, dos de cerveza, dos jugos, manteca una boltella de vino, además había galletas, scones, sal, azucar, aceite te de variadso gutos, ojotas para usar y llevarse, wifi, un baño espectacular, todo impecable, de todo tipo de electrodomésticos. un lujo desde donde se puede hacer Capri, Sorrento, Pompeya y la Costa Amalfitana, todo cerca y con medios de transporte fáciles y cómodos. Napoles es una ciudad muy pintoresca, alegre, llena de pizzerías e iglesias, tercera ciudad de Italia por población, fue un gusto conocerla y estar en ese departamento.

In occasione di un meeting a Napoli ho soggiornato 4 giorni e tre notti insieme ad altri 3 miei amici in un posto fantastico situato nel centro di Napoli a due passi da piazza del Gesù dove tutto era a portata di mano...un appartamento adatto ad amici o famiglie max di 4 persone...confortevoli le due camere da letto la cucina di ultima generazione,il bagno arredato ad arte forniva un kit di cortesia di altissima qualità...paragonabile al miglior hotel 5 stelle...la disponibiltà a farci da guida turistica di Norma rendeva il nostro soggiorno a Napoli UNICO...esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a tutti...

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questo alloggio nel cuore di Napoli facile arrivare nei luoghi storici anche a piedi. Struttura eccellente con tutti i confort possibili, l'accoglienza di chi gestisce la struttura è stata più che positiva e disponibile a tutte le nostre necessità.Mi sono preposto di ritornare a Napoli e sicuramente in questa struttura eccellente. Очень приятной неожиданностью стало то, что когда мы подъехали к дому, то хозяин открыл нам дверь такси). Джузеппе и Норма - очень гостеприимные и приятные люди. Место прямо в центре. Все улицы, магазины и рестораны в пешей доступности. много кафе и ресторанов. в 5 минутах ходьбы супермаркет. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Несмотря на то, что окно выходит на главную улицу, ночью при закрытом окне все тихо и спокойно. в апартаментах есть все: холодильник, духовка, плита, посудомойка, утюг. Без нашего запроса принесли нам детскую кроватку для малыша.
В апартаментах нет стиральной машины, так что если вы надолго и с маленькими детьми, то нужно уточнить у хозяев, где получить услуги прачечной. На входе в квартиру высокая лестница. Если вы с коляской, то ее придется поднимать и спускать каждый день. Лестница достаточно узкая, поэтому с коляской может быть дискомфорт.

Ho alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento con la mia ragazza qualche giorno fa. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata molto positiva con una gentilezza che contraddistingue la gente partenopea. Struttura di altissima qualità, in un ambiente pulitissimo e curato con molti accessori ed un frigo pieno di bevande per gli ospiti. Strategico anche per la posizione che permette di girare Napoli a piedi e di raggiungere i luoghi di maggior interesse. Ci torneremo. Enrico e Giulia.

Wonderful apartment and experience in Naples
My husband and I spent 11 nights in this wonderful apartment which was in the heart of Naples. The location was excellent - close to restaurants, public transportation and many sights. Even though the apartment was in a busy area it was very quiet. We loved everything about the location! The apartment is exceptional. The amenities were great and the apartment was modern with very high standard sheets, towels, appliances, etc. The bed was a true queen bed and was extremely comfortable! Norma and Giuseppe were the most hospitable hosts that we have ever had on our extensive travels. They met us at our taxi when we arrived and gave us a great welcome. They went above and beyond to make this an amazing trip by offering advice and help throughout our stay whenever we asked. They were great hosts and really made our trip that much more enjoyable. This was definitely the best experience we have had with a rental property - exceptional in every way. Giving the highest rating does not seem like enough for Norma and Giuseppe have a gem of a property and they were so very hospitable and willing to help in any way to make our holiday great.

It is the best place for a trip with lovers, family and friends. It provides everything you need perfectly. The location of Finest is the perfect center to walk all the attractions. Hotel level amenities and a perfectly clean condition. Netflix and perfect WiFi did not get bored at home. There are pharmacies, marts and many restaurants right outside the door. The perfect kitchen made it easier for me to travel with my wife and a one-year-old baby. There is a big window in the room, and the scenery outside the window tells you the sensibility of Naples. At the reception on the first day, the host waited in front of the door to open the door of the taxi we were in. And the perfect communication and upscale travel information as Napoli native gave practical help to the five-day trip to Naples. The best hospitality I have received from my travels. Naples is the best city on earth. And this flat is the best air b & b on earth. I would like to say special thanks to Norma and her husband Giuseppe who made Naples the best place in life. They are such kind and gentle Napolitans.
