How long before can I book?

Where is the apartment located?

The Finest apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of the city, a few dozen meters from Spaccanapoli, Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, Piazza Carità and Via Toledo, two steps away from all the city's tourist, historical and cultural attractions, further of course the many restaurants and shopping points offered by the city.

Are the rates fixed?

Rates vary based on the number of guests and time of year. From the third guest a small supplement is applied per person, while children up to 5 years old always stay for free. Check availability and rates using the appropriate page.

What is the most convenient way to reach the apartment?

Whether you arrive by plane or by train, but also by car leaving it in a parking lot, the fastest method is always a taxi, while the cheapest is the Line 1 subway. See the page how to get here for details.

How big is the apartment?

The Finest apartment, on the first floor, has an independent entrance, a double bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom, a private kitchen and a private bathroom, for a total of about 65 square meters. Look at the media gallery of the apartment.

Are there any additional costs? Payment services?

All the services and equipment described on this site do not have additional costs or hidden costs, it is all included in the price of the stay. Even the technological equipment, such as WiFi and wired Internet, USB charging sockets, Prime Video and Netflix channels, outgoing calls to national landlines and mobile phones, are all included in the cost of the stay and offers at no additional cost. Is the kitchen complete with appliances?

Refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, are the appliances offered for guests to use. To these are added the wide range of cookware, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and much more. See the detail on the page dedicated to the kitchen.

How are guests' personal data treated?

The processing of personal data is carried out in full compliance with the new regulations of the GDPR. Basically the guests' data are collected only for the purposes related to the performance of the short lease contract for tourist use and for the consequent obligations required by the current regulations, in particular the communication of the general information to the Public Security authority. Personal data will not be stored for a longer period of time than is necessary for the aforementioned obligations and will not be used for marketing activities, sending advertising communications or, in the most absolute way, transmitted to third parties. Is there a minimum stay for reservations?

Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights, while the maximum stay is 30 nights. See the terms & conditions page for more information.

Is it necessary to respect particular rules during the stay?

Yes, the stay at the apartment requires the absolute respect of the House Rules, which are considered fully subscribed by the guests at the time of booking.

Can I book the apartment only on this website?

The ideal solution for a direct relationship between the host and guests is to book through this web site, avoiding intermediaries.
