Guest requirements

In order to make a reservation, guests must provide their residential address, email address and a valid phone number.
Minimum age of the main tenant: 18 years.
Maximum age: no age limit.

The apartment is suitable for babies and children of all ages.

A baby or child up to 5 years old is free in a crib.

A € 300 security deposit is required on arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage has been caused to the facility.

At the time of check-in the signature of the short rental contract for tourist use will be requested, drawn up by the host, a contract that will have a duration equal to the days of booking.

At the time of check-in all guests must provide their identity documents for the communication to the Public Security authority of their personal details (pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of 1.7.2013 - GU 14 of 1.17.2013).

At the time of check-in, guests must pay the tourist tax required by the City of Naples of € 2.50 per person for each day of stay, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive days.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the entire structure.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

It is not allowed to host or allow access, even if only temporarily, to other people other than registered guests.

The silence time slot is from 00:00 to 08:00.

The apartment is on the first floor, therefore it is necessary to go up some stairs.
Parking is not available at the apartment.

Cancellation policy*

* Valid only for bookings made through this website, for bookings through the portal (Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor, etc.) the policies indicated on the portal at the time of booking apply.

No penalty is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

No penalty is charged for cancellations made 12 weeks before arrival.

For reservations canceled within 4 weeks of arrival the penalty is 50%.

For reservations canceled in the 4 weeks prior to arrival there is no refund (only the fixed fee of € 30 for cleaning will be refunded).

Terms of payment*

The full amount of the stay must be paid with prepayment by PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB). This amount includes the cleaning fee of € 30 per stay.

The € 300 security deposit will be collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage to the property will be found.

The tourist tax provided by the City of Naples will be collected in cash upon check-in and then paid to the City of Naples by the host.
